Shohei Ohtani declared the official birth of their daughter with his wife, Mamiko Tanaka. Ohtani posted the following on Instagram: “Welcome to the Ohtani Family!

I am so grateful to my loving wife who gave birth to our healthy beautiful daughter. To my daughter, thank you for making us very nervous yet super anxious parents.

I would also like to thank the Dodgers organization, my teammates, and the fans for their constant support and kind words of encouragement. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to all the medical professionals and everyone who dedicated their support to us, up until this wonderful day.”

A cute picture of their infant girls’ tiny feet, each clutching one in a pink blanket, was also shared by the Los Angeles Dodgers player.

The official X handle for the Dodgers responded with joy. As stated in the caption, “Baby Ohtani has arrived,” The blue heart emoji reads, “Congratulations Shohei and and Mamiko on the birth of your daughter!” “Can’t wait to meet the newest Dodger. ” was their response to Ohtani’s post as well.

It sounds good, Baby Ohtani. The delivery seemed imminent since Ohtani, 30, missed last night’s game against the Texas Rangers due to paternity leave.
