Just days after GloRilla watched her Keyshia Cole-sampling song ‘Typa‘ enter the Billboard Hot 100 as the week’s highest-charting new Hip-Hop song , the 3-time GRAMMY nominee repeated the feat on the chart’s updated edition printed June 24 – this time as assistant on BTS star J-Hope‘s sizzling new tune ‘Killin It Girl.’

Released June 13, the Cirkut-produced bop made its inaugural Hot 100 appearance this week at #40. Here are the numbers that powered the placement.

• Streams ≈ 6.7 million U.S.-based streams
• Radio airplay ≈ 0.2 million audience impressions
• Sales≈ 29,000 digital downloads

Despite entering at #40 on the all-genre chart, the 29,000 units ‘Girl’ shifted over the commercial tracking week was still higher than the pure sales of the entire top 10 combined (approximately 25,000 units together).

And while the opening marks a milestone for J-Hope as it’s his first top 40 hit and the highest position he’s reached on the tally as a solo artist, the chart arrival of ‘Girl’ – his 8th career entry overall – makes him the most-decorated K-Pop soloist in the history of the Hot 100.

He zooms past the previous recordholder, fellow BTS star Jung Kook, who has 7. For Glo, the new song marks her 7th top 40 hit overall and first of 2025.
