TMZ obtained footage of the embattled star being cornered by federal agents at the Park Hyatt New York.
Diddy (born Sean Combs) wasn’t seen to resist and, it’s claimed that he was aware an arrest was imminent. However, sources say authorities swooped in a day earlier than planned after an undisclosed development.
As reported, Diddy – whose mounting sexual assault lawsuits are seen by many as a catalyst for the current cast – has been denied bail after being deemed a flight risk.
If convicted, he faces a minimum of 15 years in prison.
