In a three-team transaction that also sent Georges Niang and a second-round pick to the Celtics and brought Kristaps Porzingis and a second-round pick to Atlanta, the Hawks dealt Terance Mann and the No. 22 pick to the Nets on Tuesday, according to Shams Charania of ESPN.

In order to help the Celtics get under the second apron, Mann, who was purchased by the Hawks from the Clippers in February, is now being sent to the Nets as part of this historic trade.
Despite a decline during the 2024–25 regular season, he was still a reliable performer, averaging 7.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 21.1 minutes of play in 67 games, shooting 49.6 percent from the field and 36.8 percent from three.
As the offseason progresses, Mann might be eligible for a more expansive role in Brooklyn.
