We’ve got some insider information on NBA player Nikola Jokić’s favorite song, and it’s a classic! According to DeAndre Jordan, Jokic is a big fan of 50 Cent’s “Many Men” and he knows every single word from start to finish. That’s incredible!

Now, you’re probably wondering how DeAndre knows all this juicy information. Well, they are teammates at the Denver Nuggets!

In an appearance on Run it Back, DeAndre Jordan had this revelation to make;

“Peyton Watson is our locker room DJ, so anytime Nikola request a song, if it’s not like Serbian folk music it is ‘Many Men’ by 50 Cent,” Jordan shared. “He knows the words from start to finish. … That’s his song, man, he loves it.” Jordan was asked if Jokić had seen 50 Cent’s 2005 movie Get Rich or Die Tryin’, and he joked, “You know what, I don’t know, but if he hasn’t I’m going to get it for him on VHS.”

Judging from his recent performance on the court, Jokić is clearly getting pumped up by the track if he’s been requesting it in the locker rooms recently. During the Tuesday, Jan. 14 game against the Dallas Mavericks, he became the fastest player in NBA history to garner 15,000 points, 7,500 rebounds, and 5,000 assists. The three-time MVP and 2023 NBA champion is having an incredible season so far, and perhaps 50 Cent’s seminal 2003 track had something to do with that.

It’s always awesome to see NBA players have such diverse tastes in music, and it’s even better when they can spit the lyrics like a pro.
