Allison Holker, wife of actor-dancer-television personality Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, dropped jaws on Tuesday (January 7) after her published interview with ‘People’ saw her address his 2022 death in ways like never before – even alleging that he was secretly a drug addict.

As the shocking story made its rounds, his family quickly took to social media to not only defend his name but slam Holker for exploiting his legacy to sell her forthcoming memoir ‘This Far.’

One of tWitch’s cousins, Elle, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to blast Allison’s drug abuse claims.

“He wasn’t an addict. He smoked weed and was actively trying to quit. He wasn’t some junkie,” she tweeted.

Claiming Holker made the Boss family (including his own mother) sign nondisclosure agreements in order to attend the dancer’s funeral, Elle suggests the shocking addiction revelation is just another way his wife has tried to tarnish his reputation for her own commercial gain.

“Yeah idgaf about an NDA. This crazy woman made me and his actual family including his mother sign an NDA just to even attend the funeral,” Elle shared. “She’s been trying to tarnish his legacy and refuses to let the Boss family see the children. Only to exploit and LIE on my cousin. Hell no.”

Elle wasn’t the only one speaking up on behalf of the late dancer.

Courtney Platt, a close friend of his, not only corroborated Elle’s claims but also took to Instagram to slam Holker.

“This is by far the most tacky, classless, opportunistic act I have ever seen in my entire life,” Platt wrote on Instagram, referring to Allison’s bombshell interview. “Yes, he took his own life which is a fact all of us still can’t fathom and he was clearly having mental health issues, hurting so deeply, and this is your example of empathy? Of your love? This smear campaign for a buck is absolutely not what he would have ever wanted…You’re a living, breathing bulldozer.”

At the time of this report Allison has not responded to the Boss family’s statements.
