In the Benny Boom-directed video, Glo swaps gritty verses for graceful praise, standing in the desert alongside Franklin, Kierra Sheard, Chandler Moore, and Maverick City Music, while interwoven scenes show a struggling single mom receiving prayer, baptism, and financial blessing.

The genre-blending Gospel hit nabbed the Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspiration Award at this year’s BET Awards – a first BET win for the Memphis rapper. But not everyone cheered. Critics including gospel star Deitrick Haddon, argued traditional Gospel artists deserved the honor more, sparking social media debate over genre boundaries. Yet GloRilla’s reactions? Grateful and unbothered.
