Travis Hunter Discusses His Viral Moment Last Year With Fiancée’

On the most recent episode of “The Pivot Podcast,” Hunter, 21, stated: “There’s a lot of stuff that could be happening in the stands, people don’t understand that,” “She might look irritated towards me, but at the same time, there’s a lot of stuff she deal with during the game. There’s a lot of stuff people don’t see off the camera.”

Hunter, a Heisman Trophy candidate and possible No. 1 overall choice in the 2025 NFL Draft, tried to embrace Lenee on the field just after the Buffaloes’ resounding 52-0 victory over Oklahoma State on November 29, but she seemed to turn away.

The wide receiver/cornerback seemed to talk to Lenee during the exchange before pointing off-camera.
