The rookie for the Los Angeles Lakers: “How much he loves to play Madden,” “He always talks about him playing Madden but I didn’t really know it was that much. He watches it on the plane and stuff.”
Dalton Knecht, 23, on what he’s learned about LeBron James, who turns 40 next week: “How much he loves to play Madden. He always talks about [it]…I didn’t really know it was that much. He watches it on the plane and stuff. He watches film just like it’s basketball. It’s crazy.”

Knecht went on to say that LeBron watches Madden like a basketball movie since he is that engrossed in it: “He watches film just like it’s basketball. It’s crazy.”
Given that Savannah James posted a humorous video of LeBron playing Madden to start the new year less than two years ago, it might not come as a surprise. This time, he might do the same.
