Cardi went to trial against Kevin Brophy in a court battle that centered around a tattoo image located on her back.

Brophy alleged that Cardi exploited an image of his tattoo for the cover art to one of Cardi’s mixtapes, ‘Gangsta B**tch Music, Vol. 1,’ without his consent.

He was going to court to sue Cardi for $5 million, however, the jury sided with Cardi and ended up awarding her 350,000 in legal expenses, according to Billboard.

The news of her latest victory comes as Cardi previously won a settlement against YouTuber Tasha K  for $4 million in a defamation case.
