Taylor Swift‘s landmark ‘Midnights’ album continues to fly off shelves. Because of that, it has reached a new milestone.

With its large amount sales, ‘Midnights’ has now passed 2 million pure sales in the United States alone. As a result of this, the album now becomes the first album this decade to reach the milestone.

She bests the likes of her ‘Folklore’ album and Adele‘s ’30’ album, which land at #2 and #3 respectively with 1.8 million and 1.7 million pure sales respectively.

Additionally, ‘Midnights’ becomes the first album since Swift’s ‘Reputation’ album to reach this milestone. Overall, it is her seventh album to sell at least 2 million pure sales alone.

It is worth noting that 1 million of her pure sales for ‘Midnights’ come from vinyl sales alone.
