Stomping across the Allegiant Stadium field in Las Vegas as part of a halftime show that toasted over 25 years of hits, the 8x GRAMMY winner not only found himself riding atop social media trending topics for the show itself and the announcement that he is gearing up for a wedding to his longtime girlfriend, but also for leading U.S. digital music sales with titles he performed at the spectacle.

Peruse of the real-time iTunes sales tally (seen in part above) reveals 8 of the top  30best-selling songs of the moment in America are owned by the 45-year-old including ‘Yeah’ leading the fray and being followed ‘U Got It Bad,’ ‘Burn,’ ‘My Boo,’ and more.

On the platform’s real-time album sales chart, his latest album – ‘Coming Home‘ – sits at #1 while ‘Confessions‘ has crept to #6.

When coupled with the uptick in commercial activity on other platforms (i.e. streaming), the sales signal a likelihood he may see some prized entries from his discography re-enter the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 respectively next week.
