‘Good Morning America’ hosts T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach probably aren’t having a good Monday morning themselves after news broke the two anchors have been taken off-air following a bombshell report revealing their alleged romantic affair.

According to reports, Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez will host until ABC figures out how they will handle the situation deemed an HR and PR nightmare.

Headlines were rocked after photos recently surfaced of the couple on a romantic getaway, news the two seemingly laughed off on Friday’s episode of ‘GMA’ (December 2).

And while it is not known when, if, or how Holmes’s wife, Marilee Fiebig, and Robach’s husband, former ‘Melrose Place’ actor Andrew Shue, became aware of the affair, but reports have both couples split earlier this year.  It’s not clear if the respective splits were due to Holmes’ and Robach’s romance.

Report:

“Sources say staff have also been left furious and dismayed by the way the affair has disrupted the newsroom. ABC insiders were shocked to see the couple continue to work on air [and said], ‘Disney needs to step in and take action here. We’re a family friendly network and these two are not displaying family values or Disney’s values,’ before later adding, ‘Bob Iger needs to intervene and terminate them both. He should also be asking Kim Godwin [President of ABC News] how this was allowed to happen on her watch.'”

At the time of this report, Robach nor Holmes have issued a statement.
