The Migos rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) with a short, loaded message: “Good roll out n PR,” hinting that Cardi’s public flaunting of the relationship might be more calculated than sincere.

He followed it up with a now-deleted video of a man dramatically passing a basketball, captioned, “Today I’ll pass,” which fans took as a symbolic gesture of him stepping aside — but not without throwing a jab.

Diggs, the 31-year-old New England Patriots wide receiver, appeared to catch wind of the shade and responded in his own subtle way. On Sunday, he posted a black-and-white photo of himself catching a football to his Instagram Story. While the caption was blank, fans quickly connected the dots.
