Sharpe’s name appears, and accusations were made against his former FS1 co-host, Skip Bayless, even though he was not charged with any misconduct in the case, which Front Office Sports initially reported.
The lawsuit claims that Bayless gave a former Fox Sports hairstylist called Noushin Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” and offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him, but she turned him down.

Regarding Sharpe’s involvement in the shocking lawsuit, his name is only brought up in relation to claims that Bayless became irate with Faraji because he thought she had been having an affair with Sharpe, a claim she refuted. Later, Bayless admitted to the hairstylist that he had only assumed she was having an affair with Sharpe because FS1 EVP of programming Charlie Dixon had informed him of this.
