In a developing story, TV Deets confirms that the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ star has been convicted of a DUI charge.

The news comes after a jury deliberated her fate for five hours. Initially deadlocked, they were reportedly sent back and urged to try and come to a decision. And it ended up not being in the star’s favor

Huger, 61, was arrested after crashing her car in March of this year.

Prosecutors lined up witnesses including responding officers, who testified to smelling alcohol in the car and presented an image of a drunk Huger on the scene.

Bodycam footage, which Huger’s legal team attempted to have excluded from evidence citing technicalities, was ruled permissible and reportedly showed the RHOP star worse for wear.

Since her arrest, Huger has maintained her innocence and insisted that the truth would vindicate her. Viewers of the RHOP season 9 have watched the fan-favorite dodge inquisitiveness and jabs from her castmates about the matter. In almost all instances, she claimed an inability to participate in discussions as her case was an ongoing legal matter.

With the reality star facing anything from a monetary fine to probation or jail time, her punishment will be decided when sentencing takes place at a later date.
