The suit is in response to comments Candiace made during a November 2022 episode of the show, where she told Ashley Darby (Michael’s estranged wife) that Michael "likes to leave you and go to a man named [censored's] house and suck his d---." The lawsuit seeks $1 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages, as well as interest, attorney's fees, and associated costs.
