Apparently, the Duke of Sussex is airing out all of his dirty laundry, including some family secrets and even some of his own, like the time he got so angry with his now-wife Meghan Markle that it made him seek therapy. In his memoir “Spare,” set to be released Jan. 10th, the 38-year-old royal opened up about a time he “became touchy” and then “snapped” on the former “Suits” actress, whom he married in 2018, during a heated argument, according to US Weekly. “Maybe the wine went to my head. Maybe the weeks of battling the press had worn me down,” he wrote in his debut memoir. “For some reason, when the conversation took an unexpected turn, I became touchy. Then angry. Disproportionately, sloppily angry.” The father-of-two explained that Megan said something to him that he “took the wrong way” due to their cultural differences and a language barrier. “I was also just over-sensitive that night. She checked him at that point. “She was calm, but said in a quiet, level tone that she would never stand for being spoken to like that. I nodded. She wanted to know where it came from,” he wrote. “I don’t know. [She asked,] ’Where did you ever hear a man speak like that to a woman? After the argument, he realized that anger came from “somewhere deep inside.” “It came from somewhere deep inside, somewhere that needed to be excavated, and it was obvious that I could use some help with the job,” Harry explained before referencing brother Prince William. “‘I’ve tried therapy,’ I told her. ‘Willy told me to go. Never found the right person.’ [It] didn’t work. ‘No,’ she said softly. ‘Try again.’” In the past, Harry hinted about the how the heated argument led him to seek therapy. “When she said, ‘I think you need to see someone,’ it was in reaction to an argument we had,” he explained to “The Me You Can’t See” viewers in May 2021. “In that argument, not knowing about it, I reverted back to 12-year-old Harry.” In October 2022 at the Masters of Scale Summit, he championed therapy and discussed his mental health. “The moment I started doing therapy, it opened my eyes,” he shared. “I was moving through life thinking there was only one way to live. Prince Harry has shaken up the British Royal Family as juicy excerpts from his memoir, Spare, surface.

Then angry. Disproportionately, sloppily angry.”

The father-of-two explained that Megan said something to him that he “took the wrong way” due to their cultural differences and a language barrier.

“I was also just over-sensitive that night. I thought: ‘Why’s she having a go at me?’ I snapped at her, spoke to her harshly [and] cruelly,” he continued. “As the words left my mouth, I could feel everything in the room come to a stop. Sheesh. We wonder what he said.
