Presented by Mariah Carey, a stunned Miley accepted the trophy with a heartfelt tale about how she never thought she would own the coveted trophy.
Named the top female song of 2023 by Billboard, ‘Flowers’ not only holds the personal milestone for being her longest-charting #1 hit but now her first song tied to a GRAMMY win.
The victory could be one of many Miley enjoys tonight as she’s also up for Album, Song, and Record of the Year.
