Kevin Durant Coy on His Winning Bet Against Devin Booker

After the Washington Commanders defeated the Detroit Lions, Kevin Durant was ecstatic to see his hometown team create history at Ford Field. Ryan Dunn and Devin Booker, his Suns teammate, were both there at the game. Booker’s loyalty to the Lions created the ideal setting for a wager to develop between him and KD.

KD recently failed to respond when asked if Booker had kept his part of the agreement after losing the wager. Being generous in triumph, KD is currently too preoccupied with rejoicing in the Commanders’ accomplishment.

He said: “Man, one of the most exciting times of my life, man. I can’t lie. Being a Commanders fan has been tough for the last 20-25 years.”

Since 2005, the Commanders had failed to win a single postseason game. They have two victories this season. More significantly, they will travel to play the Eagles in the NFC title game for the first time since 1991.

In contrast, the Lions were having a fantastic season, finishing 15-2 during the regular season.

Kevin Durant speaks about collecting his bet winnings from Devin Booker

They lost badly at home, and they needed to win just two more games to qualify for their first Super Bowl. Since Booker also lost the best to KD, the loss was even more devastating.

Regarding getting his winnings from Booker, Durant stated: “We’re gonna keep that on the low, man. I’m not gonna press him out,”

He is willing to give him as much time as he requires, and Booker is free to choose when it is appropriate for him to offer the celebrity payment. Jayden Daniels, 24, has altered the destiny of the Commanders. In a 45-31 victory, the quarterback recorded two touchdowns, 299 passing yards, 51 rushing yards, and zero turnovers.
