Congratulations rang across the Web this summer for powerhouse songstress KeKe Wyatt as the diva celebrated the birth of her 11th child, son Ke’Zyah Jean (her second with husband Zackariah Darring).

And while the 40-year-old was very open about the difficulties she experienced during the pregnancy, those challenges, nor the criticism from naysayers who suggested having so many children would negatively impact her career, have deterred her from wanting to continue to grow her family.

Ahead of her highly anticipated feature on October 23‘s episode of TV One’s ‘Uncensored,’ look inside to hear Wyatt’s perspective on being a mother.

In a clip from the forthcoming ‘Uncensored’ episode (seen above), Wyatt waxed honest about her love of motherhood.

“I always said when I was a little girl I wanted a lot of children,” she revealed before sharing her original desire was to only have “between 8-10.”

Having surpassed her initial goal, KeKe says she has not shied away from the idea of continuing to expand her family.

“I think I’m gonna do one more,” the powerhouse songstress shared. “I love being a mama. If I wasn’t a mommy, I don’t think I would be who I am today. I started my career with a child and I’m still in my career with 11 kids.”

KeKe credits her persistence to advice she received from her mother when detractors were trying to discourage her from having so many children.

“They told me ‘if you have a baby you’re not gonna be able to do what you need to do, travel, and such and such,'” she relayed. “My mom looked me in my eyes and said, ‘you can do whatever you want to do with or without a baby.'”
