‘Rub You the Right Way‘ hitmaker Johnny Gill was certainly rubbed the wrong way by an escort who reignited longstanding rumors about the New Edition star’s sexuality and alleged romantic history with legendary actor-comic Eddie Murphy.

Gill and Murphy’s friendship may date back to the 90’s, but so have murmurs that the stars’ relationship was more than platonic.

And while the former has repeatedly denied the rumors over the years, he found himself having to do so yet again this week thanks to Flash – a male sex entertainer who not only claims to have been present at some of Diddy‘s “freak offs” but also says he once witnessed Eddie and Johnny embrace at a separate Hollywood party.

“I saw Eddie Murphy and Johnny Gill tongue kissing,” he shockingly revealed during a recent visit to Armon Wiggins‘ Web show (as seen in the video above). “They were going at it…like swallowing tongues.”

Once word of the allegations landed on the desk of the ‘My, My, My’ singer, he had fans saying just that after he launched into an expletive-laden clap back.

“I’m not sure who this broke a** n*gga is, [but] he’s telling a bold-faced lie. I’m not the entertainer that’s taking the road of being quiet and ignoring it because it’s a lie,” Gill started his NSFW response on Instagram before saying, “Let’s see if this n*gga stands ten toes down in the court room. N*ggas been carrying that old a** stupid rumor for years; it’s one thing to repeat them lame a** rumors, but it’s another thing to lie on me and say you saw me do something I have never done to no man.”

Vowing to “not let [Flash] get away” with reigniting the gay rumors and promising to “make an example out of” the male escort for “lying,” Johnny concluded his shocking tirade by not only threatening legal action but also suggesting the sex worker’s gripe may be an attempt at revenge.

“More than likely I must’ve f*cked his b*tch,” the 59-year-old said.

The news comes just months after Johnny revealed to Jennifer Hudson that he’s finally working on his debut Gospel album.
