Years after she threatened to “blow up the White House” in response to Donald Trump‘s first victory lap to presidency, Madonna is blowing up on social media for slamming the polarizing politician again.
In the wake of news Trump defeated Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris in the U.S. election, the Queen of Pop took to Instagram on Thursday (November 7) to join the chorus of social media commenters slamming the President-elect.
“Trying to wrap my head around why a convicted felon, r*pist, and bigot was chosen to lead our country,” she said via her IG stories. “Because he’s good for the economy?”
Accompanying the quote was a photo of a cake with the words “F*ck Trump” piped across it.
“Stuffed my face with this cake last night,” she said alongside the controversial picture.
At the time of this post he hasn’t responded to Madonna’s latest slam, but he’s certainly made headlines for doing so in the past – even once calling the Pop icon “disgusting and disgraceful” for her perceived threats against the White House.
