Fantasia has new music on her mind and she’s ready to bring it to fruition.

The multihyphenate, who has been steadily making strides across film and her business endeavors, hasn’t released an album since 2019’s ‘Sketchbook.’

Now, she’s ready to draw a new musical picture.

In a new sitdown interview with Forbes BLK, the star shared how her newly announced star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has sparked a desire to commence work on fresh material.

Speaking with Jabari Young, Fantasia said:

“There’s two different streets. You can choose “Successful” or you can choose “Purpose.” Because I’m on “Purpose Street,” I took the (Walk of Fame) announcement today and said ‘Now it’s time for me to get back into the studio.'”
