When not regaling on her groundbreaking entrance into the music industry, Trina reflected on everything from her alleged beef with Nicki Minaj and headline-grabbing comments about Beyonce being the “Queen of Rap” to current events like Diddy‘s ongoing legal drama and so much more.
On the topic of Rap royalty during her interview on ‘Reality with King’ podcast, she was quizzed the ‘Don’t Trip’ diva on if she’s tripping about how frequently she’s omitted from people’s “top 5 female rappers” list.

It’s probably somebody I really support and love in the industry.”
At other points in the interview Trina discussed how she felt about always being nominated for awards but never winning and how she – alongside names like Missy Elliott, Eve, Lil Kim, and others – helped pave the way for the current generation of female rappers like Sexyy Red, City Girls, and others.
