Chris Brown is among a collection of names hit with a seismic lawsuit for allegedly orchestrating a beatdown backstage at his ’11:11 Tour.’
Full story below…
According to TMZ, Brown, Yella Beezy, CB’s entourage head Sinko Ceej, and the trek’s promoter have been accused by four alleged victims – who are hoping to collect $50 million.
Per the suit, Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell claim that they were invited to hang backstage at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas stop of the tour on July 20 – together with 40 women.
After waiting longer than anticipated for Brown (who eventually showed up to the post-show fun), it’s alleged that the collective looked to leave.
Bush alleges that he embraced Brown and congratulated him on a show well done. This was received well by C. Breezy…on the surface.
According to Bush, things took a drastic turn, however, when a member of the singer’s entourage shouted “Man you don’t remember you two were beefing?” To which Brown allegedly quipped, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n****? I don’t forget sh*t.”
The ‘Take You Down’ belter allegedly ordered his honchos to…commence a takedown.
Bush asserts that 7-10 of Brown’s entourage surrounded him, punching and kicking him. He adds that a chair was thrown at his head.
Amidst the melée, the suit says Brown then instructed rapper Yella Beezy and others to “f*** up” Parker, chasing him into a dead-end staircase with a locked door.
Parker alleges that he was savagely attacked with punches and kicks to his head – for more than 10 minutes after C. Breezy allegedly encouraged more of his crew to get in on the beatdown.
All four men claim to have suffered horrendous injuries, with one of them still being hospitalized- according to their attorney.
Beyond the $50 million the quad is seeking in damages, they have also filed restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.
