Selena’s Killer Yolanda Saldivar MOVES FORWARD with 2025 Parole Filing Despite Fellow Inmates Revealing “There’s a Bounty on Her Head” Because “She’s Hated So Much”

Yolanda Saldivar is one of the most hated women in entertainment history due to her conviction for murdering superstar songstress Selena – the Queen of Tejano music – in 1995.

Thirty years later, the now 64-year-old is set to be released from prison if her parole request is honored by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

There’s only one problem; many – including fellow inmates – believe she’s safer behind bars.

Saldivar has reportedly filed the necessary paperwork to be released in 2025 – a feat that looks likely given reps at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) confirming her record while imprisoned is spotless.

Selena’s family will likely get official notice in January of the hearing should Saldivar’s petition to be heard be granted.

Relatives of Yolanda’s feel she’s paid her debt to society, and are more than ready to see her freed.

“Keeping her in prison isn’t going to do any good,” said a cousin of the embattled prisoner. “It’s time for her to get out.”

On the contrary, Selena’s fans and even Saldivar’s fellow inmates have expressed concern about her release – with some even believing she is in danger if she exits prison walls.

“Everyone knows who Yolanda Saldívar is,” said Marisol Lopez, an inmate who served time alongside her for a brief stint. “There’s a bounty on her head, like everyone wants a piece of her. The guards keep her away from everyone else, because she’s hated so much. If she were out [in general population], someone would try to take her down.”

Another former inmate, Yesenia Dominguez, echoed Lopez’s sentiment.

“Everyone was always like, ‘Let me have five minutes with that b—h,’” Dominguez said to the ‘NY POST.’ “Everyone wanted to get justice for Selena. There’s a target on her back.”

The ever-present threats aren’t enough to deter Yolanda, apparently, as she’s revealed she intends to live with her family if all goes according to her plan.
