In case you missed it, NBA player Naz Reid is the talk of the town after allegedly dropping some not-so-nice words in a bettor’s DMs. Yes, you heard that right!

After a tough loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, Reid apparently didn’t take too kindly to some criticism from a bettor and decided to fire back in his messages.

The Timberwolves took a serious hit in Game 5, suffering a frustrating defeat with a final score of 94-124, leaving them with a daunting 30-point gap. After this disappointing performance, a distressed fan, who had placed an unsuccessful bet, decided to vent their frustration by messaging Reid on Instagram. However, Reid didn’t hold back; he hit back with some sass in his responses to the irate bettor.

“S*ck my D**k. Your mad broken n fat,” Reid responded.

Reid played 24 minutes during game 5, scoring 24 points and five rebounds. Moreover, star player Anthony Edwards struggled to find his rhythm, clocking 38 minutes on the court but only managing to score 19 points, two assists, and six rebounds.

People are debating whether Reid was out of line or if the bettor deserved what they got. Either way, it’s definitely not a good look for the young player. Looks like the drama off the court is just as intense as the action on the court!
