According to Marlon, a fellow passenger alleged that he had exceeded the allowable number of bags. In response, he consolidated his belongings, complying with the request. However, he was then informed that he had to check the consolidated bag. Displeased by this apparent contradiction, he expressed his frustration in an Instagram video, stating, “Bro claimed i had too many bags so i complied and consolidated them he was like ‘oh now you have to check that bag.’ Bye. He claimed that a heated exchange with a staff member resulted in him receiving a citation for disturbing the peace from the Denver Police Department, as reported by TMZ. The Fifty Shades of Black star confirmed the incident by sharing a screenshot of TMZ's article on his Instagram. Addressing his six million followers, the Little Man star refuted allegations that he had assaulted the staff member, insisting that the video evidence proved otherwise. “Dude tried to lie and say I assaulted him,” he wrote. “The video clearly shows I never touched him. He was desperate to try to have some authority. I’ve flown over 15,000,000 miles in my lifetime, and I rarely have had problems. The 50-year-old actor/comedian asserted that he had experienced harassment and vowed to make enough noise to ensure that his friends, family, and associates cease flying with United Airlines, turning the matter into a corporate issue. “He asked me to consolidate my bags, and I complied,” he went on. “Then, said now I have to check the bag because now since I consolidated it into one bag it was too big. At that point, I said, ‘See, now you’re just f–king with me.’ “So I grabbed my ticket off the counter got on the plane.
