Travel arrangements and the need for extra rest are crucial, given that the series often entails cross-country trips and two days off between matches.

Despite having two rest days, players don’t necessarily get significant additional time to recuperate. LeBron highlighted that one of those rest days is typically allocated for media obligations. This situation compels players to manage their limited time wisely before competing in the most critical games of their careers.

James stated, “There’s one day where you have to fly in just to do media. They really just block off the whole court, and there’s tables set up, and you’re sitting there,”
