Joe Flacco Trolls Shedeur Sanders in a Subtle Dig

Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco delivered an engaging commentary about social media today, which may have included a veiled criticism aimed at teammate Shedeur Sanders.

After spending a year with the Indianapolis Colts, Joe Flacco rejoined the Browns on a one-year contract during free agency. General Manager Andrew Berry also brought in Kenny Pickett through a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles, in addition to selecting Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel and Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders in the third and fifth rounds, respectively.

With Flacco’s extensive experience and knowledge of Cleveland’s offense, having earned Comeback Player of the Year honors with the Browns in 2023, he is viewed as the frontrunner for the starting quarterback position.

Joe Flacco voiced his concerns regarding social media, highlighting the number of individuals who absorb their “news” through it. The Super Bowl MVP was particularly harsh in his critique of TikTok dances.

Flacco said: “The fact that people wanna get on their phones and show people (TikTok dances) like that’s embarrassing,”. “You’re an adult. Be an adult. I can’t wrap my head around that.”

Could that be directed at Shedeur Sanders? Similar to his father, Shedeur has a large presence on social media and thrives on the media exposure he receives.
