Durant, 36, has been through a lot over the past week or so. In addition to being mentioned in trade speculations, he has missed Phoenix’s last three games due to a strained calf.
Kevin Durant: A Living Legend
He added to his already extensive legacy by making his comeback to the floor worthwhile.
Durant spent ten seasons with the team that would eventually become the Oklahoma City Thunder after being chosen by the Seattle SuperSonics with the second overall choice in the 2007 NBA draft. In the summer of 2016, he joined the Golden State Warriors, where he won two NBA titles and two MVP awards in the NBA Finals.
A 15-time All-Star, six-time All-NBA First team player, five-time All-NBA Second team player, and 2014 league MVP, Durant also had a stint with the Brooklyn Nets prior to his current one in Phoenix. His impressive resume currently includes a score of over 30,000 points.
