First Look: Gabourey Sidibe Welcomes Twins With Husband Brandon Frankel

Huge congrats are in order for Gabourey Sidibe because she is a mom.

The Oscar nominee has welcomed twins with her husband Brandon Frankel. She had one boy and one girl, Cooper and Maya.

The first pictures of the family were captured by The Shade Room and in the pics, each one of the parents is holding one of the two babies.

“Brandon always wanted to name a son Cooper, so we call him ‘Coop,’ and Maya was named shortly before our baby moon to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico,” she said via People. “Both twins have traditional West African middle names after members of my family.”

The news comes after Sidibe shared earlier this year that she was pregnant, where she posed with her baby bump.
