In her lawsuit, a lady from Western New York claims that former Bills player Eric Moulds “knowingly” infected her with an incurable STD.

The lady, whose name has not been disclosed, alleges in a complaint submitted to New York State Superior Court on Tuesday that Moulds targeted “single mothers who were Buffalo Bills fans living in Western New York” and infected her and multiple other women with herpes simplex virus Type 2.

Although the illness cannot be cured, it is treatable.

The allegations against Eric Moulds

In the court documents, the woman states that after corresponding with Moulds on Instagram since 2019, she ultimately agreed to his offer of an “all-expense-paid” trip to North Carolina in January 2023.

The two started a sexual connection there, which continued until November 2023. Moulds “knew, or should have known he had a sexually transmitted disease,” according to her allegations.

When Mould’s pregnant fiancee of eight years contacted her in December 2023 and recommended that she be tested since she and “other women whom (Moulds) has relationships with had been transmitted diseases by him,” the lady says she didn’t learn that the former NFL receiver had herpes.

According to the plaintiff, she and Mould last engaged in “unprotected” sexual activity in November 2023. A month later, she started to exhibit symptoms. The lawsuit claims that after having no other sexual relations, she tested positive for herpes and went on to find out more about Moulds’ alleged behaviour with other women.

According to the lawsuit, Moulds was also “sued by several women for knowingly spreading herpes over a decade ago.”

According to the lawsuit, prior women were bribed and coerced into signing nondisclosure agreements regarding their interactions with Moulds, and the woman said she was also offered money in exchange for dropping her lawsuit in an attempt to “buy her silence.”
