Opening statements have kicked off in the mogul’s federal sex trafficking trial, and his defense isn’t wasting any time pushing back. His attorney, Teny Geragos, told the jury they’ll hear “things that should never be said in a federal courtroom.” She warned them about graphic accounts of alleged “freak offs,” swinger parties, and details of Diddy’s private sex life.

However, Geragos made one thing clear:

“You are not here to judge him for his sexual preferences.”
