Show creator and anchor Claudia Jordan confirmed the news on Instagram moments ago – signaling the end of the hot topics series, which she originally began with Al Reynolds and YouTube star Funky Dineva in 2019.

Recent times have seen the show become a hot topic itself, in the wake of Funky Dineva’s departure at the top of the year and admitted rifts between Jordan, Reynolds, and newcomer Armon Wiggins.

A provocative appearance from comedienne Luenell – during which she spotlighted Reynolds’ former marriage to Star Jones as well as his sexuality (two alleged no-go areas) is said to have amplified internal tensions.

Captioning her post “I tried y’all, I really did,” Jordan went on to write:

“Unfortunately, Tea-GIF will NOT be returning to Fox Soul after our hiatus.

2019-2024 What a run!

Soul mates I love you and you already know I’ll never stop pushing to give yall more shows in the future.”

The news comes after Jordan told That Grape Juice exclusively that she was trying to keep the show going:
