Bronny James Gets Blasted by Jason Whitlock

Despite not being on the Los Angeles Lakers’ NBA roster at the moment, Bronny James is still the talk of the league. Bronny was transferred to the South Bay Lakers in the developmental G League early in the season after playing a few games alongside his father, LeBron, where he was expected to get consistent minutes and acclimate to the demands of professional basketball more slowly.

However, Bronny continues to draw criticism and be a convenient target for talking heads even when he is not under the constant pressure of the NBA.

The harsh remarks that Jason Whitlock directed to Bronny James

Jason Whitlock is, to put it politely, a firebrand in sports media; to put it less politely, Whitlock has a lengthy history of making offensive, misogynistic, and even racist remarks about pop culture and sports. Bronny was the recent target of Whitlock’s proclivity to weigh in on everything.

In an insensitive wordplay that makes fun of the organization Make-A-Wish Foundation for children with life-threatening illnesses, Whitlock claimed on his Blaze Media show “Fearless” that Bronny was a “Make-A-Swish” youngster after he made his first NBA basket during a Lakers defeat to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Whitlock said : “LeBron James has turned his son into the ‘Make-A-Swish’ kid and they’re celebrating it,” . “Let’s bring our little ‘Make-A-Swish’ kid out and have him run around Cleveland on the basketball court like he’s done something, and like people in Cleveland give a damn about Bronny James.”

Whitlock thinks LeBron’s championship-winning career will be permanently tarnished by the Lakers’ draft-night schemes to link him with Bronny.

However, LeBron, 39, has had four triple-doubles in his last five games, and the Lakers, who are 9-4 and fourth in the Western Conference, continue to deliver. LeBron is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. Instead of arranging a move to join forces with his 20-year-old son, he is far more likely to be recognized for his more than two decades of greatness.
