It appears that Victor Wembanyama has discovered his shot. Wembanyama has been blazing from the deep in the previous two games after having trouble shooting from the field early in the season. This is encouraging for the Spurs, who must quickly establish themselves if they are to advance to the play-in tournament in this cutthroat West.
Devin Vassell’s return has already changed the Spurs’ appearance. In addition, Tre Jones and Jeremy Sochan are expected to make their injury comebacks soon. Wembanyama was questioned about the team’s excitement and the guys’ comeback after the game.
“We’re all eager to have everybody back. But I think our mentality is more like building this, you know, brick-by-brick every day, every single day. Of course, we can dream about the long term, but at the end of the day, we can only do things today. So we’re trying to be good every day.”
Victor Wembanyama emphasizes the Spurs are building success brick by brick, not getting lost in the long-term glow. He feels the team is gaining traction but doesn’t want the progress to stop “No stopping. Just keep getting better.” #PorVida #NBA #Spurs pic.twitter.com/Ny3dTTr7Dy

The Spurs are avoiding losing streaks even if they haven’t been able to string together consecutive victories. In their previous ten games, they are now 5-5. This is already an improvement over their prior season at this time. But the Spurs aren’t only trying to improve on their record from the previous season. With Chris Paul on the team, they have big goals.
Wemby discussed how the squad is progressing and how they have a daily improvement mindset. He said : “It definitely feels like we’re getting better, but we for sure don’t want to stop. Like, this is our emphasis right now. I’d say no stopping.”
Wemby has demonstrated his progress to us. Wemby has shot six out of nine and six out of twelve from beyond the arc in the last two games. Compared to his shooting performance at the beginning of the season, this is a significant improvement.
