The joke has always been that Jared Goff has already won once he marries Christen Goff.

Since the Detroit Lions quarterback was traded from the Los Angeles Rams for Matthew Stafford in what was thought to be the end of Goff’s quarterbacking career, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model has been at his side. The couple’s journey, both on and off the field, has been incredible.

Mrs. Goff recalled that she was on her first SI Swimsuit shoot when her husband won his first game as the Lions starting quarterback, despite having a dismal 3-10-1 record as a starter. The couple was married over the summer at a fancy resort in Ojai, California.

The endearing message was initially posted on SI Swimsuit’s Instagram Stories by the 31-year-old model. She wrote: , “From our first win 4 years ago when I was on set shooting @si_swimsuit for the first time to now!!!… So proud B2B division champs!!!”

Since then, NFL influencers such as Dov Kleiman have taken notice of it, and the original SI Swimsuit photo featuring the revised comment has had 3.6 million views, with millions more on other accounts.

If the 30-year-old Goff can lead the Lions to the promised land by winning a Super Bowl, he may become a Motor City star. If not, he has already won, as we stated.
