Madonna‘s return to stage via the ongoing ‘Celebration Tour‘ after a “near-death” hospital stint over the summer has been hailed by fans and critics as “triumphant.”

But, there’s one big name who can certainly count himself among those who aren’t joining in the fanfare: 50 Cent.

In what came as one of 2022’s most unexpected beefs, rapper-actor-mogul 50 Cent (born Curtis Jackson) royally lit into the Queen of Pop for everything from her sexualized social media antics to being a ‘culture vulture’ (as we reported here).

Slammed by the diva for being “ageist,” Jackson later responded with an apology – leading everyone to believe the conflict had cooled.

The notorious Web troll reignited the beef early Friday (October 27), however, when he took to Instagram to criticize the 65-year-old hitmaker’s body.

Using a screenshot pic from her current world tour, he relayed concerns about her reported Brazilian butt lift.

“who the f-ck did this? She’s rich; how the hell she didn’t get this fixed,” he remarked without provocation. “I want the f-cking doctor’s name right now.”

While Madge has yet to respond to 50 directly, she’s no stranger to fielding criticism about her cosmetic surgery choices.

Back in February she hit back at detractors for slamming her appearance at this year’s GRAMMY – even arguing their commentary was rooted in ageism and misogyny.
