The NBA community has realized that contempt only serves to inspire and encourage Stephen Curry. In a MrBeast YouTube video, a young high school student discovered that the hard way when competing against the Warriors’ great.

Shortly before the match, Demarrion, the best shooter at his high school, made a sly jab at Curry. When asked which of Curry and LeBron James, the star of the Los Angeles Lakers, he preferred, Demarrion said he preferred James.

Curry answered: “Oh, you’re a LeBron guy.”

Mr. Beast cautioned: “You shouldn’t piss him off before you go against him,”

Curry grinned cryptically as he said: “I like it,”

Demarrion was given twice as much time to make as many three-pointers as he could, and he would receive $100,000 if he topped Curry’s record of 14.

However, Demarrion only made nine shots in a minute, therefore, the Petty King won.

Mr. Beast: “Who do you like more, Steph Curry or LeBron James?”

Kid: “LeBron”

Steph Curry: “So he’s a Bron guy.”

Mr. Beast: “Oh my God… you shouldn’t have pissed him off before going up against him.”
