Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton fell to the court in pain with a leg injury in the first quarter of Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the Thunder, and it did not look good at all.

Haliburton went down with a clear right leg injury with 4:55 to go in the first quarter of Game 7 of the NBA Finals and had to be carried off the floor.

Haliburton was suffering from a right calf strain and had decided to play through the injury. He hit three 3-pointers in the first quarter before the injury.

Calf strains are notoriously dangerous injuries to play through. Now, he may be out for an extended period of time next year as well.
