Usher and Stevie Wonder graced the stage and rocked it with a surprise performance inside the 2025 MET Gala event last night (May 5).

After everyone stunned on the MET Gala red carpet, the two superstars gave performances of their hits.

According to Vogue, the set started with a poetry reading from MET Gala co-chair and actor Colman Domingo.

Then, the ‘Nice & Slow’ singer emerged to perform ‘Yeah!’, ‘U Don’t Have to Call’, and ‘OMG’. He fed Sabrina Carpenter a cherry at one point.

After the showman came Wonder with a nine-piece band, and gave renditions of ‘Sir Duke’, ‘Black Man’,  ‘Higher Ground’, ‘Isn’t She Lovely’, ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I’m Yours)’, ‘I Wish’, and ‘Superstition’. The ‘As’ singer ended his performance with a version of ‘Another Star’ with the ‘Caught Up’ crooner.
