Tyla is battling back to good health. But sacrifices must be made and such is the case when it comes to her festival itinerary.

Moments ago, the ‘Water’ singer announced that she has had to drop out of a string of forthcoming festival dates across Europe as she recovers from an undisclosed health issue.

Taking to Instagram, the South African star – who blazed the stage at the BET Awards 2024 – wrote:

“It saddens me to let you know I will no longer be able to perform over the next 10 days, effecting the following festivals – Roskilde, Palmesus, Open’er, Saga and Montreux Jazz. I am currently doing physical therapy and easing back into doing shows consistently. Trust that I am doing everything I can to get on as many stages while Similtaneously recovering fully. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Can’t wait to see you all again soon, stay safe & healthy my Tygers.”

Here’s wishing Tyla a full recovery.

She continues to serve as one of music’s most exciting new names and clearly has a lot to offer artistically and as a performer.
