In a broad lawsuit, Fox Sports stars Joy Taylor, Skip Bayless, and executive vice president Charlie Dixon are accused of sexual harassment, assault, and illegal use of power to take advantage of workers.

Noushin Faraji, a former Fox Sports hairstylist who worked for the network from 2012 until 2024, filed the claim. Six class-action complaints and eight individual complaints are among the 14 claims that contain the allegations.

The case against Joy Taylor and social media reactions

The lawsuit also names Joy Taylor, a 37-year-old FS1 host and a significant figure on the network. Faraji claims that in order to keep her job at Fox Sports, Taylor had a sexual relationship with Dixon and a romantic relationship with former NFL player and broadcaster Emmanuel Acho.

According to the lawsuit, Taylor accused Dixon of sexual assault in order to remove herself and preserve her reputation because he was no longer helpful to her career.

According to Faraji’s allegations, Taylor allegedly took advantage of her sexuality to further her career while neglecting to assist harassed coworkers, indicating a complicated and unsettling dynamic.

On social media sites like Twitter, users have posted insulting comments, jokes, and memes, with many raising doubts about her involvement in the purported incidents.

Taylor, who is well-known for being active on social media, has notably kept quiet since the news surfaced, raising the possibility that she is withdrawing from the platform during this trying time.
