Considering that all of the head coaches in the previous year’s edition were made up, it’s at least entertaining that Ohio State‘s coach—as well as others from throughout the sport—will be included in this year’s edition of the game, regardless of how accurate Day’s resemblance is.
Here were a few fan reactions:
Damn they did Ryan dirty with this

Along with James Franklin of Penn State, Kirby Smart of Georgia, Marcus Freeman of Notre Dame, Dan Lanning of Oregon, Lane Kiffin of Ole Miss, and Kenny Dillingham of Arizona State, Day was one of several coaches who were featured on the cover of the deluxe version.
Naturally, OSU wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams are the two athletes featured on the regular edition of the cover. The deluxe edition cover features Smith, Day, and safety Caleb Downs.
