Towards the end of their heartbreaking Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Patrick Mahomes and his star teammate Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs were unable to contain their tears.

The Eagles dominated the Chiefs at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, defeating them 40–22. Patrick Mahomes was sacked three times in the first half and threw two interceptions, including a pick-six, as Kansas City’s offense was chilly from the start.

Kelce didn’t even record a catch throughout the first half, which saw them trail 24-0 at the interval and held scoreless for the first half. Kelce was spotted crying and staring into space on the sidelines as the game came to a close, with the Chiefs now behind more than 20 points.

Mahomes, who was also spotted on the sidelines, looked like he was crying.
