Micah Parsons Says He Wants to Play With Abdul Carter

At Penn State, wearing the number 11 and playing linebacker is one of the greatest accolades. In recent years, two greats have emerged, with Abdul Carter leading the pack at the moment. Shortly after Micah Parsons left for the NFL, he joined the program and quickly rose to prominence in the league.

Parsons is now seeking to advance his collaboration with Carter. The current Dallas Cowboys said he wanted to play with Carter while watching Penn State play in the College Football Playoff semifinal. NFL offensive tackles may be the only ones opposed to the notion.

Through X, Parsons stated: “It’s only right the NFL lets me and Abdul play together!!”

Carter has not formally announced his plans for the future. By defeating Notre Dame and then defeating Ohio State or Texas in Atlanta, Penn State still has a chance to win a national championship. However, it is widely assumed that he will be declaring for the draft and leaving college early.

Micah Parsons in actions for the cowboys

Parsons does have one problem, though: Carter is probably out of the Cowboys’ range. In the 2025 NFL Draft, they presently hold the No. 12 overall choice, much behind Carter’s current projection. He has a shot to go No. 1 and is regarded by some as the greatest talent available this cycle.

Therefore, it is quite improbable that the two will work together unless Jerry Jones takes some significant action. Nevertheless, it’s entertaining to consider.
