Diddy Denies ‘Gang Rape’ of 17-Year-Old, Says Claims Are “Entirely Fictional”

Diddy promised to mount a legal clapback at the various sexual assault claims he is facing and he is now proceeding as such.

As reported, a rapidly settled lawsuit filed by Cassie accused the Bad Boy businessman of sexual assault, trafficking, and brutal violence.

That jaw-dropping suit was followed by three more from other women – including one from a Jane Doe who claims Diddy was one of the participants in her “gang rape.”

Now, the high-powered legal team for the star – born Sean Combs – has submitted a formal response in the Southern District of New York.

Full story below…

Diddy’s defense team labeled the claims “entirely fictional” and stressed that the mogul “denies causing any damage to Plaintiff.”

More emphatically, it adds:

“(Diddy) never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever.”

The 11-page response also addressed alleged photographs of the accuser sitting on Diddy’s lap in a studio (which was presented as supporting evidence from the accuser):

“The context, genuineness, and/or accuracy of the photographs are disputed.

Plaintiff’s decision to wait more than two decades to file her complaint has prejudiced defendant, as he has lost the ability to defend himself fully and fairly in this action.

For example, some or all evidence that otherwise would have been available if the action had been promptly commenced may be unavailable, lost, or compromised.”

Elsewhere, Diddy’s legal team is arguing that the lawsuit should be prevented from proceeding as the law that facilitates it after all these years – the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act (GMVA) – is (as they put it) “unconstitutional.”

The Plaintiff’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, who is renowned for his work in the #MeToo movement, responded in a statement, saying:

“The deeply troubling allegations against the defendants by multiple women speak for themselves. The ridiculous claim that the photos are somehow fake and the law at issue is unconstitutional are nothing more than desperate attempts to conjure a defense where none exists.”

The case continues.
