In keeping her promise to her beloved fans (affectionately called #Barbz) of dropping a major announcement on Friday (August 16), Rap queen Nicki Minaj delivered a royal surprise when she revealed the second North American leg of her history-making ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour‘ will feature three of her current favorites as openers: Tyga, BIA, and Skillibeng.

With Minaj gearing up for the kickoff of the second North American leg of the ‘PF2 World Tour’ next month, she took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Friday with a slew of updates including a tease of new music.

“New looks, set list changes, other secrets, ummmm new music? Lemme think about it. Thank you to the team doing this with me again. They’re simply the best. To the guest artists who will come out in their cities, thank you in advance; and to these 3 TALENTS (who I have so much love & respect for) for taking the G6 to #GAGCITY just for the Barbz & me. @tyga@bia@skillibeng. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!,” she told her 28.1 million followers on the platform.

Already penciled in box office history books for being the highest-grossing tour by a female rapper ever thanks to the $67 million and 439,000 tickets it garnered over the first North American leg, Nicki is en route to extending that record to help the trek become the overall highest-grossing Hip Hop tour over.

“Barbz, we’ve already made history prior to LEG 2. TOP 10 in HIPHOP TOURS OF ALL TIME already. To everyone who came out on the first leg to support: GOD BLESS YOU. I LOVE YOU. I DO. Come back,” she told her fans.

The next leg of the tour will start in Philadelphia on September 4 and visit major U.S. markets like Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, and more before wrapping up at Long Island’s UBS Arena on October 11.
